How We Got Started
At Michael’s Artisan Chocolates, we combine exquisite Belgian chocolate with the finest ingredients. Chocolatier Michael Gillam works in small batches to hand craft his artisan confections with innovative flavors and eclectic flair. Chef Michael grew up with a passion for great food and an insatiable sweet tooth. After high school, his parents supported his dream to pursue a career in the Culinary Arts. Upon completing his studies at the Culinary Institute of America, Michael worked in many areas of the culinary field. He found his real passion, however, when he discovered the world of fine chocolates. Since 2010 he has been developing his unique interpretation of fine chocolates. Every chocolate is a tiny work of art.
